I know you would prefer live voice contact on your first try. However, consider this. If you were in a support call with me, would you want me to interrupt your training to take a potential client’s call? Is that something a professional self-publishing coach would do?
If you go to voice mail, it isn’t because I don’t want to speak with you! My work involves one-on-one time with clients. It also demands focus—something I lose when my attention is diverted.
