My Commitment To Privacy
Your privacy is important to me. To better protect your privacy I provide this notice explaining my online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, I make it available though the site navigation.
The Information I Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Writing My Own Book website. When you contact me through my Contact Us page or the Contact Us form in the right column of almost every page, I only collect the information requested:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- How you found me
- Reason you are contacting me
The Way I Use Information:
I use the information you provide about yourself only to reply to your request. I do not share this information with outside parties. I use return email addresses to answer the email I receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
The only exception is when I use emails to find contacts on LinkedIn. I only do this because LinkedIn has a no-share email policy as well. If you do not wish for me to use your email in this way, please indicated this.
You can register with my website if you would like to receive updates, new services or special discounts. Information you submit on my website will not be used for this purpose unless you request it by checking the box indicating your interest in receiving these updates and offers.
If you send information to enable a quote, all information, whether electronic of physical, shall be considered confidential and subject to non-disclosure.
Electronic information shall be kept in a secure location. A laptop shall not be considered secure. All physical information shall also be kept in as secure a location as possible and will be returned to client at client’s expense or shall be disposed of in a secure manner such as shredding.
